"We moved from South Carolina and so had to transfer insurance policies and for a short while, get a renter's policy. When our house sells in SC, we'll need a new HO policy. Initially when contacting this office there was a great deal of confusion and frustration on my part. Leslie however saved the day. She listened to my questions and dutifully got the answers for me. Now everything is just fine and you can bet I'll call Leslie when we're ready for a HO policy. Thank you Leslie for all your efforts. Do I recommend this office? Absolutely yes but I would try and hook up with Leslie if possible. It is now several months later and I contacted Leslie Stouffer once again with questions on insurance that covered a rental car. She replied nearly immediately explaining clearly what it covered and how much it would cost. I asked her to add that - and it's already been done. Thank you Leslie! "SHAMEFUL.....I've been their customer for years...automobile loan, automotive and renters insurance. WAS going to do an upcoming home loan, but was contacted by an individual from this office yesterday about my monthly premium going up 17.00. I have had no traffic related issues in 18 years. Their reason for doing so were unclear and cited that, "Everything was more expensive" or something to that effect.Not buying that...you can afford to put the likes of Aaron Rodgers, Patrick Mahomes, Travis Kelce and Andy Reid on your commercials and expect us to foot the bill??? Worst time to gouge people in a bad economy!!! And YES, I know that they are part of a large corporate entity, But fight back for your customers!!!"
