"This agent has been AOL for 5 weeks. I have left 5 messages from May 1, 2024 through June 3, 2024 regarding an accident I had on 5/1/2024. He has yet to respond. In have talked to a number of his agents, and wound up doing their work for them in the loss of my car. The few interactions I have had, not one agent could tell me the steps involved with the loss of a car. Their corporate offices only send out emails. They do not like to respond to actual people. They tried badgering me into going with a State Farm shop that would have taken more than 90 days to total my car - as it was, they took 9 days to confirm that the only driver who totaled my car at 2:45 am with the other - and only person driving! I had to get my own car, which turned into 4 additional cars after a compact set off medical issues. Even their appraiser - who took 4 weeks to confirm my totaled car - has not - after 5 days - updated anything on their "award winning website" - a website that has been useless. The stress on me for the past month has been exhausting. I pay they through premiums to do a job that I wound up doing. The only reason for 1 star is that if I do not fill it in this will not post."

The only incoming phone call we had from you was this morning at 9:01 AM, which was answered by one of my team members. I don’t have any other incoming phone calls from you from either your cell phone or home phone. Could you have been calling somebody at State Farm corporate claims and not our local family owned agency? Regardless, a return phone call not being made is not acceptable. We are happy to get somebody from claims to call you back. I know you came into our office a couple weeks ago and spoke to Julia in-person and she was able to help you with the claim, but we are not aware of any other issues with your claim at this time. Please give the office a call and we are more than happy to help you."

"We moved from South Carolina and so had to transfer insurance policies and for a short while, get a renter's policy. When our house sells in SC, we'll need a new HO policy. Initially when contacting this office there was a great deal of confusion and frustration on my part. Leslie however saved the day. She listened to my questions and dutifully got the answers for me. Now everything is just fine and you can bet I'll call Leslie when we're ready for a HO policy. Thank you Leslie for all your efforts. Do I recommend this office? Absolutely yes but I would try and hook up with Leslie if possible. It is now several months later and I contacted Leslie Stouffer once again with questions on insurance that covered a rental car. She replied nearly immediately explaining clearly what it covered and how much it would cost. I asked her to add that - and it's already been done. Thank you Leslie! If you call Rick's office with questions, ask for Leslie! I've added one star to this review for 5 stars because of Leslie."
